Choose how you appear in chats. Display names are unique across PeerTalk.

Profile picture

Upload a custom avatar, shown in all chats and DMs. Requires PeerTalk Premium.

Upload security
  • File content is validated against its declared type
  • Hard 2 MB limit, enforced on the server
  • Stored under your account ID only — no user input in the file path
  • Path traversal prevention via boundary checks
  • Avatar is deleted automatically when Premium expires

Connect your Twitter / X account to show a verified badge in PeerTalk chats. Your Twitter name becomes your display name and your profile picture is imported automatically.
